Cider flight

Cider flight with 4 types of sides with presentation:

"Aroma" - Balanced acidity and a fresh, sweet and delicate fruit. Sweet, 8% ABV

"Kjedlar" - Slightly bitter aftertaste with good length Medium dry 8% ALK

"Sumar" - Fresh acidity and a delicate fresh fruit with a balanced alcohol and nice length. Dry 8% ALK

"Mont" - Cider with the addition of Rhubarb and Raspberry. Exciting taste profile Sweet 8% ABV

4 types of apple juice with presentation:

"Aroma" - Medium-bodied and aromatic. Good balance and sour aftertaste

"Gravestein" - Full-bodied, with good sweetness. Slightly acidic, very characteristic aroma with a long aftertaste

"Summered" - Dry, good and aromatic with a long finish

"Summered w/ Cherries" - Dry summered juice with added cherries for an exciting flavor experience

Welcome to Syse Gard for a rich food and cider experience. Located in the Hardangerfjord, in Ulvik, you will find us in the middle of the fruit and cider route. Here you can walk from cider farm to cider farm while looking out over the pearl of Hardanger. In our farm shop we offer processed fruit in many forms, from jam to juice and cider. You will also find traditionally processed lamb meat such as cured leg of lamb and sausage.

We have a summer cafe open from June 15th - August 15th, so feel free to stop by for a bacon sandwich or a cider sandwich.
